Set-Up Fee
Billed separate from subscription fees after the set-up of your MyVolunteer account.  We use PayPal to bill our clients.

Annual Maintenance Fee
Billed separate from subscription fees after the end of the first year of service to maintain your volunteer data on our server.  We use PayPal to bill our clients.

Technical Support Services
Standard support is included in the above rates
Provided via e-mailed response 1-2 business days
*2 incidents per month.  Billed at 19.95 per incident after first 2 incidents.
Standard support does not include support over the phone.

Support Plus
$29.95 per month
4 incidents a month via e-mail or 1 via phone*
$19.95 per month
3 incidents per month via e-mail or 2 via phone*
2 hour response via e-mail
Same day response via phone

Additional incidents are billed at $12.95 per e-mail support and $19.95 per phone support.
*Phone support is limited to 30 min. per incident.  Billed at $19.95 per hour after the first 30 minutes.
